A/B Split
A technique for testing- commonly referred to as split testing. For an A/B test or split test, divide an audience into two parts, and then test a different variation for each. This technique can apply to a Web page, and email, direct mail, or many other types of output.
The key to successfully performing an A/B split is collecting accurate results, and being able to understand what the results are. Make sure you consider other factors that may contribute to the results.
