Call to Action
Also known as "CTA", it is a marketing device, included in images or text, that informs the potential customer how to take the next steps toward a purchase or execute a desired activity. For example, "Click here to see a product tour" or "Add this product to your cart."
Strong Calls to Action are imperative to help guide a prospect. They must be clear, concise and visible. The best images and copy in the world are pointless if a poor call to action leaves the user wondering exactly how to take the next step towards a purchase.
