Multi-Part Mime
An email message format that includes both an HTML and a text-only version within the same message. Most (but not every) email client receiving messages in multi-part Mime format will automatically display the version the user??s system is set to show.
Some recipients set their email clients to show text versions only of email messages in order to avoid viruses. As a result it's a good idea to be sure that the text version of your email message/offer is proving the pertinent information that your HTML version is.
