Reply-to
When a user clicks 'Reply' to an email message they have received, the 'Reply-to' is the actual email address that receives the user's reply message. It is often different from the ??from? address.
Be sure that you always monitor any "Reply-to" address, as people may reply to unsubscribe or ask for more information.
