Fred also has 17 years of experience leading database marketing teams at retail banking institutions including Wachovia Bank, Southeast Bank, and AmeriFirst Bank.

Fred has spoken at a number of national and international conferences sponsored by the Bank Administration Institute, Direct Marketing Association and National Center for Database Marketing on key trends and results across B2C and B2B enterprise marketing management solutions.
